Stone Vigil was added in patch 2.0 of the A Realm Reborn expansion.
Stone Vigil becomes available at level 41 as part of the “In Pursuit of the Past” quest, which is given by Alphinaud – Coerthas Central Highlands (X:12, Y:16) (Main Scenario).
The Stone Vigil is a main scenario dungeon that is given to you at level 41. The max level for this dungeon is 43 and any player above 43 will be level synced down to 43. The main purpose of the dungeon is for leveling as well as completing the quest. The dungeon is located in Coerthas Central Highlands.
