Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak was added in patch 2.0 of the A Realm Reborn expansion.
Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak becomes available at level 24 as part of the “Into the Beast’s Maw” quest, which is given by Buscarron – South Shroud (X:18, Y:19) (Main Scenario).
The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak is another leveling dungeon and is found within the South Shroud area. This dungeon is designed for players between the levels 23 and 25. Any player above 25 will be level synced to 25 upon entry to the dungeon. The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak is another step up in difficulty requiring a lot of crowd control mechanics on the final boss.
