Cutter’s Cry was added in patch 2.0 of the A Realm Reborn expansion.
Cutter’s Cry becomes available at level 38 as part of the “Dishonor Before Death” quest, which is given by Sibold – Ul’dah – Steps of Thal (X:14, Y:10) .
Cutter’s Cry is not part of the main story and is a side quest given by the Sibold who is located in the Ul’dah market area in one of the stalls near the market boards. The quest is given at level 38 and the max level for this dungeon is 41. Any player above 41 will be level synced to 41 upon entry to the dungeon. The dungeon is located in Central Thanalan.
Cutter’s Cry was in version 1.0 and the dungeon has similar mechanics. The first boss is a scorpion who will spawn a lot of adds, they need to be killed quickly. The final boss is a chimera.
