Upper La Noscea is an area of La Noscea and connects to Western, Eastern and Outer La Noscea. It is unique in that you can not travel from the western side to the eastern side and vice-versa without going through another area and re-entering it. Camp Bronze Lake is the main spot and the area is designed with characters around 30 in mind.
