Sohm Al (Hard) becomes available at level 60 as part of the “The Fires of Sohm Al” quest, which is given by Gossamber Moogle – Idyllshire (X:4, Y:8).
The dungeon has a minimum ilevel of 230 to enter and rewards you with:
