Matoya’s Relict was added in patch 5.4 of the Shadowbringers expansion.
Matoya’s Relict becomes available at level 80 as part of the “Like Master, Like Pupil” quest, which is given by Y’shtola – Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks (X:9, Y:13).
The dungeon has a minimum ilevel of 470 to enter and rewards you with:
